Seminars and Publications:

Attorney Zimmerman has been an invited speaker on legal issues involving disabled persons at numerous seminars. These seminars are attended by lawyers, insurance claims handlers, judges and physicians. He has spoken at seminars sponsored by the New York Bar Association, the New York/Onondaga County Medical Society, the Lorman Institute, and the National Business Institute.

Even the New York Workers Compensation Board has used Attorney Zimmerman’s seminar materials to train the Workers Compensation Law Judges.

Awards and Accomplishments:

In many editions of the published Super Lawyers guide, Attorney Zimmerman has been awarded the designation as a Super Lawyer. While there are thousands of attorneys in New York, only a small handful have been named a Super Lawyer.

For more than 30 years, Attorney Zimmerman has received the honor of being listed in various Who’s Who publications, including: Who’s Who in the Law and Who’s Who in America.
